Third Time's A Charm????????

We are back home again!! Noah is still recovering from RSV (bronchiolitis) as well as cellulitis around his g-tube site. He still has a nasty cough and is requiring oxygen 24 hrs a day right now. He was getting vapo masks every few hours in hospital, but the wheezy breathing has improved. Since RSV is a virus and antibiotics aren't effective against it, we just have to wait it out and pray for a quick recovery. Hopefully he will be off the extra oxygen after a couple more days. Although this 5 day stay was much shorter than our previous ones, it has been some of the most lonely and discouraging days we have had. We thank you all so much for your continued prayers and we continue to trust in God's faithfulness.

Hi guys! Glad Noah is home. I'll be praying for a speedy recovery for him. Noah is by far the bravest, and the strongest lil boy I've ever read about (I'll be glad when I can meet all of you).

Take care and may God continue to bless Noah and his health.

I have checked your blog a few times and have been thinking of you and your boy. My daughter has RSV right now also and we just got some more potentially bad news yesterday, we will be having to go to a larger centre to have a scope done to see what the root of the problem is. I am very lucky to be at home right now and that my daughter is doing very well considering all that is happening. From one mom to another you are very brave and I wish you and your family much happiness in 2007. www.chaoticfamily.blogspot.com

Noah-bean! So glad you are home, buddy! You make sure to take it easy on your parents for a while. I know it's been a rough road for all of you and you all amaze me with your strength, patience, hope and faith. Nicole - despite not getting in to visit this last time, you are continually in my thoughts and prayers. I've missed you, friend!
