On September 21/05 we were blessed with a beautiful son. Born with a chromosome 12q deletion (q15q21.2), the challenges were many...cleft lip/palate, complex feeding issues, developmental delays, failure to thrive, multiple infections, blood clots, asthma, sleep apnea, GI and pulmonary bleeds, TPN dependency and kidney issues. Noah embraced life and taught us how to love. On July 29/09, Noah's journey ended, leaving us on a new journey...this journey on the pathway of grief...

Noah,
Where are you buddy? I can't see your face from all the hair. It's absolutely gorgeous and you're just as handsome as ever. So you're sitting huh! Look at you getting all too big for your britches...lol. I'm praying for you buddy. May God continue to keep you in good health. Once again, I'm so glad you're home.

I've been a reader of your blog for a while, but this is my first time posting a comment. :) Noah's a cutie pattootie! He looks so full of life and happiness.
My son was in NICU for one month when he was born, had 7 hospital admissions his first year, but from when I first prayed for God's will to be done, that first week that he was born, I believe God showed me that, like Lazarus, my son was "not sick unto death, but that God might be glorified". I pray the same for your son, and pray for strength and joy for you. God bless you, Carolyn. (PS, my son turned 2 in January, and my daughter is 4.)
