On September 21/05 we were blessed with a beautiful son. Born with a chromosome 12q deletion (q15q21.2), the challenges were many...cleft lip/palate, complex feeding issues, developmental delays, failure to thrive, multiple infections, blood clots, asthma, sleep apnea, GI and pulmonary bleeds, TPN dependency and kidney issues. Noah embraced life and taught us how to love. On July 29/09, Noah's journey ended, leaving us on a new journey...this journey on the pathway of grief...

Yippee! So glad that you are home. Noah-bean...you keep healthy at least until we are home from holidays for a few weeks so we can get some Settler's nights in. Miss you all...

yippee!
Hello,
I have an 8 year old (9 next week) that is TPN dependent and gets 24 hour G-tube feeds. He suffered from a birth-defect called Malrotation that was not caught until age 5 when his intestines tied in a knot. Emergency surgery left him with Short Bowel Syndrome (SBS). He lost 3/4 of his small intestines, right colon and appendix. We have been using ethynol locks for about 6 months now with no infections. Please email me at thardin@go2uti.com. I would like to be a part of your internet support group.
Thanks, Tracy (Blake's Mom)
