Short & Sweet

We are home once again! It feels strange to be in and out so quickly this time, almost like something is not quite right. But we certainly aren't complaining! It is so good to be home again and to be here when Joshua got off the bus from his first day of kindergarten. So now it is time to face the mounds of laundry and everything else that piles up around here. I always feel a bit disjointed when we first get home and it takes a couple of days to get back into routine here.

Noah is doing very well and he looks terrific. His cheeks are filling out and he is happy and full of energy. Hopefully we get a bit of a break before the cold/flu season is on us full force once again.

WOOOHOOO! I'm so glad that you are home and doing well. That's always great news. I hope Noah contines to do well and stay fever free. I'm so happy for you both and I know Brad and the kids are happy as well.

Take care and God bless you all!

Nicole,
Your strength is inspiring. I'm so looking forward to your family celebrating Noah's 2nd birthday. Glad to hear you're able to work with infectious disease doc's now. There must be some answers out there to solve some of these issues.

Yes, such a short hospital stay must feel surprising. What a good surprise though! I heard that Kailyn was being such a little mother to Josh on his first day of school. I'm glad that you'll have a break from both older kids during the day. If I lived closer, I'd love to come do your laundry!
