Toronto Day 37

On September 21/05 we were blessed with a beautiful son. Born with a chromosome 12q deletion (q15q21.2), the challenges were many...cleft lip/palate, complex feeding issues, developmental delays, failure to thrive, multiple infections, blood clots, asthma, sleep apnea, GI and pulmonary bleeds, TPN dependency and kidney issues. Noah embraced life and taught us how to love. On July 29/09, Noah's journey ended, leaving us on a new journey...this journey on the pathway of grief...

I can't believe you let the kids lie on the glass floor of the tower! I couldn't even stand on it! Ick...heights. Glad to hear that you were able to enjoy it with the whole family. I'm loving Noah's smiles! Looking forward to having you home. Hugs to my Bean...
Ah, home! You must be so pleased to be having these conversations! I know how much you want to be able to get back home and enjoy more of the summer together.
Loved the pictures from the ROM and the tower - you picked a great day to go up. The views are spectacular when it is clear. Have you considered the Ontario Science Centre? There is an exhibit on right now called The Science of Sleuthing - or is it Spying - that the kids may enjoy. And the rest of the centre is great too. It's only a 10 minute drive from our place, and a great place for Mark to walk indoors in winter, so we have a family membership and pop over there quite frequently.
Keep us informed of your plans - I hope I can see you before you head back home. I've been wanting to give you all family time. Maybe a visit on Monday if it's not too crazy?
Praying that all continues to go well and the plan moves forward...

So glad to hear that you should be home soon!! Great pics...I'm with Kim though...I couldn't walk on it either!!
Just wanted to let you know that I check your blog every day and pray for Noah and your whole family. :) I'm so happy that you'll be coming home soon. Maybe when things settle down at home (Oh Lord, please let things settle down!) that we could get together sometime, maybe with the Gerbrandts or something. :)
So amazing to see pics of Noah free and easy...with no trailing tubes! Atta boy! Glad to see you guys get to spend some time together as a family, even if it is away from home. Praying for more progress...
